Once you have found the property that suits your requirement’s let the Agent know so they can commence negotiation on your behalf. Ensure you receive all relevant documents from your Agent and provide a copy to your Solicitor or Conveyancer.


Contracts have been signed and exchanged with a copy provided to your Solicitor or Conveyancer. Settlement date has been booked and finance approved (if applicable) with deposit paid.

Settlement Day

Settlement (or exchange of monies) is arranged by your Legal Representative at a pre-determined date and time. Ensure you are aware of when this is to take place. Once settlement is complete keys will be available for collection.
